HOW TO MAKE AN ORDER. To place an order please call the Sales Manager on 07891 942 104 or 07943 292 291. Cheques and postal orders are accepted as payment. Please send cheques to: 39 Prince Henry Road, London , SE7 8PP, made payable to Nubian Roots Couture. DELIVERY All items will be delivered within 2-3 weeks unless agreed other wise. We cannot accept any liability for loss or damage arising from non-delivery POSTAGE AND PACKAGING COSTS  For orders in or outside the UK, postage and packaging cost will be handled on an individual basis. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE GOOD If on delivery, goods are found to be defective then we must be notified in writing within seven days of the date of delivery otherwise no liability will be accepted. In the event that we require the return of goods then we reserve the right to specify the method of return. It is at our discretion to either replace the goods or issue a Credit Note. CANCELLATION OF ORDERS/RETURNS If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please return the item in a saleable condition within 7 days with your proof of purchase (receipt), for an exchange. Returns will not be accepted except by prior arrangement agreed with us. Where a special order is cancelled, a charge will be made for work undertaken. For this reason, special order deposits are non-refundable. Postage and Packaging costs will not be refunded on any returned items.
